1 Introduction

pk88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming licence. The platform is accessible globally and is designed to serve players who wish to engage in online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related gaming activities.

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the pk88 platform, including all features, promotions, bonuses, payment functions, and customer support services. They apply to all registered users regardless of their location, device, or method of access.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to hold an Account on pk88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You do not currently hold another active Account on the pk88 platform;
• You have not previously had an Account on pk88 closed for violations of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of pk88 or any of its affiliates;
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not as a professional gambler engaged in systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

pk88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of pk88 services, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one Account on pk88. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, pk88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any Account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately.

4.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including but not limited to misrepresenting your age, identity, or residential address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, pk88 requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This involves the submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method. KYC documents must be clear, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission.

5 Deposits & Payments

pk88 accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pk88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from an unverified third-party source may be returned, and associated bets may be voided.

pk88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. pk88 is not liable for any such third-party fees.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50;
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn;
• pk88 targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for standard withdrawal requests during normal operating hours.

pk88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request prior to processing. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and the processing time may be extended accordingly. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts upon meeting the stated qualifying criteria;
• The standard rollover (wagering) requirement is X15 of the bonus amount unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days);
• The maximum stake permitted while a bonus is active is RM300 per bet or spin unless stated otherwise;
• Slot games contribute 100% toward rollover; table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion;
• Some bonuses are sticky (non-withdrawable) — only winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

pk88 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes while clearing rollover, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any Account found engaging in such practices will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

7.3 Promotion-Specific Terms

Individual promotions may carry additional or modified conditions. Players are responsible for reading all promotion-specific terms before opting in. pk88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at its discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the pk88 sportsbook. Game-specific rules for casino products are governed by the respective game providers.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk88 does not accept bet cancellation requests except where permitted under specific promotion terms or where a void bet condition applies;
• pk88 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where the integrity of an event is in question;
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the point of wagering;
• Maximum payout limits apply across all sports and casino markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant section of the platform;
• pk88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake permitted on any individual account at its discretion, where unusual betting patterns are identified.

For football betting — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, and other competitions popular among Malaysian players — settlement follows official competition results. Extra time and penalty shootouts are included in applicable markets where stated.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk88 platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure without restitution:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the platform;
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling;
• Chargebacks, reversed payments, or any attempt to fraudulently recover funds from payment providers after they have been deposited and wagered;
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at pk88 staff or other players.

10 Responsible Gambling

pk88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on your total deposits;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a given period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at 30-minute or 1-hour intervals;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 12 months. During self-exclusion, no deposits, bets, or promotional offers are accessible;
• Account Closure: Request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk88 or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform;
• Use pk88's branding, trade marks, or content for any commercial purpose;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform without express written consent from pk88.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk88 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any nature arising from use of the platform;
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any damages exceeding the value of funds held in a User's Account at the time of the relevant claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. pk88 makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of any particular game for any specific purpose.

13 Termination

pk88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as set out in Clause 9;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring Account closure.

Upon Account closure for cause, pk88 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, remaining funds (net of any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method on file. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the pk88 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current conditions governing your use of pk88.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk88 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable local law.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pk88 platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. pk88 is committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through direct contact, disputes may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures established by our licensing authority.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing territory, except where local law requires otherwise.
